Ambition Performing Arts is a wonderful dance studio and has become family to my dancer. Through the years it's amazing to watch her grow, and see how much they have contributed to that growth. They care tremendously about their dancers and have strong communication with the families giving everyone their own place. Above and beyond.

I spent 7 years training with the accelerated and competitive teams at Ambition Performing Arts. It was the absolute most supportive environment I have ever submersed myself in. The staff focus so much attention to the development of young individuals, not just the development of young dancers. The studio pushed and supported me as I reached for all my goals and dreams. The studio is run by Tara Pickford, one of the most inspirational women you will ever meet. She is a mother, teacher, entrepreneur and overall boss! Thanks to Tara and the wonderfully hand selected staff, I am working towards becoming a professional dancer in Vancouver. I have been training with a pre professional company, while starting to book jobs on the side. I have seen so many humans grow through this organization and I cannot be more proud to be one too!
APA has been an amazing studio to go to, they care about all there students. My daughter does multiple dance classes due to the teachers and atmosphere. The owner and team all have hearts of gold.
My daughter is starting her 7th year with the dance studio and she loves it. She is treated with kindness and respect always. They are taking extra precautions with the pandemic to make the kids feel safe. It is a great local studio that gives back to the community. They have made my daughter feel like a part of the dance family and it has been a great experience.
We have only been with the studio since October 2020 but are blown away by the staff. Everyone we have encountered has been so kind, excited for our daughter to join and overall so enjoyable to interact with. They respond quickly to emails or calls. I know with COVID they are doing the best they can, making hard decisions but keeping everyone's safety at the highest priority. Thank you Tara for your studio, Miss Alexa for teaching and the absolutely lovely lady that runs reception (so sorry I cannot remember your name ) . Highly recommended !
Our daughter has been attending APA going on her 4th year. From the beginning everyone staff/owner have been so friendly and inviting. Our daughter feels very safe and comfortable at dance. We have watched her go from a very shy little girl to a very open and confident little girl. We cannot say enough about how wonderful it is there. Would recommend for anyone any age considering trying dance.
Ambition performing Arts has been our 2nd home for the past 12 years. They have taught my kids more then just dancing, they have taught them self discipline and responsibility. They have supported our family through alot, my kids would spend all their free time here if it was possible
