In September I contacted several window/door companies for the purpose of replacing our aging windows and slide door to the backyard. Jimmy of Ambia Window and Door was very professional, polite, and patient. He was not like other providers who were pushy, and aggressive to get the order. His attitude impressed me and I decided to let Ambia do our window/door replacement job. The installation was completed on Nov. 24 within 9 hours, which was beyond my expectation. The crew was very efficient, and did a perfect job. They even vacuumed clean the room after the installation was completed. The hardware which Ambia seems durable, and of good quality. I would recommend to my friends, Ambia Window and Door Inc.
We had a great experience recently with Tony Radocchia from Ambia Windows and Doors. We purchased our house in 2015 and this winter needed to replace the bottom sweep of the back door. The double door was installed by Ambia for the previous owner in 2014. We contacted Tony and he searched out the custom sweep for the back door. It took some doing but his persistence payed off and the new sweep fits perfectly. The door gets lots of use during all seasons and is well insulted especially as it faces north. We also really like the built in blinds and have had no issues with either the blinds nor the door. Great product and exceptional customer service from Tony. I would highly recommend his products and service.
