I can’t say enough about Whispering Pines Landscaping! Even before they were hired, Leah in the office was so helpful in answering my questions and giving me some honest advice about our landscaping worries. Unfortunately, we hired a company who were horrible to deal with and left our backyard in a complete disaster. Whispering Pines were able to come over and assess our backyard and we created a plan together on fixing it to our initial needs and design. The customer service is amazing with Whispering Pines! Most contractors we contacted either did not get back to us, were fully booked and couldn’t help until next year, or they came out and then just didn’t follow up with a quote. Whispering Pines took the time to come to our backyard a few times as well as answering all our questions with very detailed responses, which is exactly what we needed to feel comfortable trusting another landscaping company. The work that Gerald and Scott did in our backyard blew us away! They were so professional, efficient and detail oriented. They communicated every step of the way, listened to our needs and concerns and even brought up solutions that we didn’t even think of. We can’t say what a relief it was to actually have our backyard completed. We have been able to actually enjoy the space now with our family and we love it!
