This is one of the best apartments I have lived in. The building manager is Carmen and she does a great job. There has been a few times that she is not at the building (I understand this, I do not expect her to be home 24/7) and i needed something and the person from the head office would come. He is always happy and polite even if it was in the evening or weekends. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

One of the best managed property hands down and all the credit goes to Carmen, our building manager. Right from the day we viewed the apartment till date there hasn’t been a single time when we needed her and she wasn’t there for us. She not only understood that we are new to the place but also took a lot of efforts in explaining us everything about the building rules and facilities. She goes beyond her duties to help others. Its because of her that our first stay in Canada is so beautiful. When people move in from a new country to Canada there is a lot of pressure in finding a place which lives up to your expectation and also services you well, Amacon and especially Carmen took care of us. Building premises are squeaky clean, Carmen and her husband really take a lot of effort in maintaining and keeping the building premises clean and safe. We received a refurbished apartment with all the new equipment’s installed. Carmen is just a call away to your rescue she is really friendly & has helped us in every way possible to make our stay a pleasurable one.

Painfully laugh-worthy. We purchased a condo unit developed by Amacon. When we moved into the new building we found a fresh bubbling window sill due to condensation on our windows and balcony doors. All of winter from November to April meant that we needed to put cloths down to soak up the water. Someone messed up somewhere. From November to now (September) we’ve been in contact with the customer care on one issue or another. Faulty doors, vent issues, water issues, even had a nail protruding out of the carpet by our bedroom entryway... The condensation turned out to be a vent issue after our fresh condo ceiling started to crack across the unit and seep water onto our baseboards. A joke of a company.

First of all, we are living with 2 dogs in Maple Ridge, this place has every single things that we need. We’ve got library, gym, party room.. etc. And this apartment is always so clean, always. And our nice manager, Via, she is really friendly to us and everyone. When we have any problems, she always helps us to find some good ways to solve it. And she even prepared a Halloween party at lobby for kids who live in apartment, that was so thoughtful :) We really love this place’s management and kindness of neighbors. We really appreciate it!

Been living in an Amacon managed building for 10 years now. Our building manager (Carmen) is fantastic. Always on top of any issues and willing to work with us as necessary. Shes the best I've come across in 30 years of renting. Very happy with how things are run. Would highly recommend her.
