Was able to get the right size of downspout extensions, in the colour I wanted. While I was there, the person helping me even determined that my original downspouts did NOT come from there (she could tell by the design of the strap i brought in for colour matching), but that didn't even matter because they have all the usual colours of downspouts in stock. The selection here is WAY better than at your typical big box retailer. And the people working here know their stuff (in this case - aluminum gutters and downspouts) inside and out. Wide selection. Knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. You can't ask for anything more!

Aluminum Associates helped us update our soffit, eaves, facia, and troughs this summer! Professional service that left our house looking refreshed and modern. We hired Aluminum Associates to replace all of the exterior doors to our home as well as several windows. We found Brian, Doug and the team to be very personable and easy to communicate with. Brian and Doug always replied to our questions via email and phone in a timely manner. The entire team was very professional and we are very pleased with their work and the final product. We will definitely be hiring this company again in the future to replace more of our windows and doors!
Aluminum Associates was a pleasure to deal with. They recently redid our siding and eavestroughs and the results were excellent. Their sales person Brian was honest and upfront about everything. Their install manager Doug came and personally helped me pick out siding colour that would go well with our brick. This project was suppose to be done 2 years ago but due to delays (on my end) it was finally completed. Aluminum Associates honoured the quote from 2 years ago even though the price of materials and labor have increased. The install team was great to deal with as well. I highly recommend Aluminum Associates. They are honest people from sales to install. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Ken
I wish I had found this company before as their customer service (thanks especially to Derek and Doug!) and quality of workmanship is excellent!. And I will not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects. It's comforting to know that I can count on them for all my window/door/eaves updates.
