I asked for a quote. Received it from Jakob Daniels. He followed up with a call 6 days later to see about my decision. I told him I have quotes that are third of his price. We agreed I am going to send him an email which I did. I showed him something similar what I am looking for from their instagram account as well as doors from my neighbour and how they look after 11 years. He repriced it. It was still double the price. I politely declined. He asked me to send him those quotes so he can show to his employers. I did. He then went on to bash the competitors. In his final email he said other doors are cheap. He put his company on a pedestal. Don't stump all over your competition on the way to the top. Don't insult your potential customers, because with your responses indirectly you suggested I am cheap, and my choices as standard to your superior. Do learn from your mistakes, and realize that for most households, we are talking about sliding closet doors that will hide laundry. Should I spend 1000 vs 3500 just because your tracks are better? At the end of the day, I tried to help you, and you insulted my choices and decisions. Now I would not buy your doors no matter what. Better luck next time.
