They were very gentle staffed and very understanding, made me feel safe. Non of them were every aggressive or never had attitude. The staff all around awesome ppl to go and feel safe to get any kind of dental done.

Considerate, kind, proactive and pleasant. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Alta Dental. From the proactive approach of getting benefits information prior to the appointment and notifying the provider(s) before my appointment so there was not hang ups on what was being covered to being very kind, considerate and careful with their COVID-19 protocols as well as being very gentle, calming and comforting during procedures to ensure I was not in any discomfort as they worked on my teeth. I could go on further but I’d just say, go see them for yourself, you won’t be disappointed by their client care and management.
I have had some of the best dental experiences at Alta. The staff there are always so friendly and offer really great advice/suggestions about how to keep my teeth in the best shape! Service is generally really quick (depending on whats getting done) and they have TV’s on the ceiling to watch during appointments!!! The office space is really modern and clean which makes the experience even better.
I am a new patient at Alta Dental Clinic. My experience so far has been nothing but positive. From the front desk to the dental hygienists and dentist, everybody is genuinely caring, helpful and professional. The clinic is also brand new which provides a modern experience to the visit. The front desk was very helpful with submitting my insurance claim and ensuring everything was in order. Their responses to my follow up questions was top notch as well. Emails were answered within minutes of sending! I would highly recommend Alta Dental to anybody who is looking for a dentist.
They were attentive and nice since the first time on the phone. They kept my 7 years old son calm during the whole process and He loved it to watch the tv and didn’t complain at all about anything made it there. While I really liked the clear explanations through the procedures in my kids mouth and the professionals and equipments there.
