I'm writing this review out of frustration. I come here every now and again as they have good selection on fasteners. I'd come in earlier today and gotten a few bolts, and came in at 4:55 because I needed a few a little longer. These bolts were the last things keeping me from completing a huge project. They sent me away and told me to come back in the morning. I needed 30 seconds to get what I needed, and they sent me away, expecting me to happily come back in the morning. We're not. Ever. Ever. Coming back

Always had great experiences here. Local, friendly and way more knowledgeable than big box stores. Have a lot of stuff that the big guys don't too. Great little place, only wish they would open Saturdays to cater to the homeowner.

I had always thought it was a party supply store. As it turns out its one of the most well equipped hardware stores ive been to in chilliwack. Super cool gear, good prices and extremely friendly workers.

Absolutely horrible service I will never come back here again the old man of the counter is rude and ignorant and your prices are overrated I wouldn't recommend Al supply house to anybody they'll only lost out on hundreds of dollars in my business
