I am very happy to leave a review for Higher Ground! We hired Chris, Kris, Kevin, and their crew to do a major project for us and the process was seamless and the result is excellent! This summer they completed a lot of brick work on our property, including: a long walkway with stairs, brick patio in our back yard, and front walkway with a flower/shrub bed. Later they removed our wooden upper decking and re-did it with composite and added stairs down to the back yard. For both jobs they were professional & efficient. They showed up on time and stayed all day every day and they never left any mess lying around. The communication before, during, and after the project was fabulous. We definitely recommend Higher Ground and would use them again for any future projects. Thanks guys! Amazing work!

Kevin and his team made our dream into reality with our garden wall and driveway/walkway interlock. The job was done with care, quality and professionalism. Little touches like replacing our previous concrete step with one that matched our wall or gradual grading of the sod up to the walkway are what you can expect from Higher Ground. The communication was proactive and clear. Excellent service.
Excellent team and they did a fantastic job on our front patio. There were some grading challenges with the slope of our front yard but Chris & Kris came up with some great ideas that made it look even better than we expected. Kevin and his team were meticulous installing the patio stones and surrounding edge stones. Chris also did a garden in front of the patio that looks amazing and totally compliments the patio. We would highly recommend Higher Ground Ottawa. We have also received many compliments from our neighbours on the finished product and the quality of Higher Ground's work.

I had my backyard done with higher ground Ottawa, and I can’t but say I was truly impressed by the outcome of the work; My garden looks so nice and every inch was effectively used ! I had several meetings with Kevin who was very thorough and patient during all our meetings. He listened well to make sure he got what I wanted, then creatively integrated what I wanted into my small backyard. I can’t believe I have everything I wanted in my backyard : a hot tub pad, a barbecue area, a tanning area, a shed pad a small dining area and a sitting area! The project started and finished in a reasonable time; quality of work is high and the price is very fair. Kevin went beyond his way to help with other extra bits that came up and wasn’t included in the contract just to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Thank you very much Kevin and higher ground team for the hard work, I am so happy with your work and I highly recommend higher ground ottawa for any project.
Can't say enough about how awesome the entire experience was from quote to final delivery. So many things they added that we hadn't thought of - just because it's what they do. And even a few years later when we had a small issue they showed up to fix it with a smile.
