Upon calling to schedule my in-car lesson I was greeted by a condescending woman who relayed to me that they would not come to Alliston due to COVID, implying that I should have known as such despite no information regarding the limited service available anywhere. There is a major communication deficit here and I believe young drivers may be on its last legs if this is any indication of how the entire company is being managed.

I have just finished 2 days of in class training and am surprised by the welcoming environment that Richard creates and the things I have already learned and seen improved in my driving! After driving tonight I have found I’m already using the tips and my parents noticed I am more confident behind the wheel.
Having a fun time learning some great ways to stay safe while driving and can't wait to see what else I learn
