Jen of the Alliston store was both personable & professional. Clearly explained in detail what I was purchasing. The Alliston store is lucky to have Jen on staff...she is definitely an asset.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered online, delivery was supposed to be the second. I am here for work and leaving today now it's the 4th. The items still have not been shipped. Now they want me to pay for the items again so I can leave the store with what they have in stocks and won't use their stock to provide me with my already paid items that will be delivered to their store anyway... and then tel me I have to wait for a refund until the items are received at the store, again I will no longer be in the area by the time the items are delivered!!! Good on ya!!!
Jen was amazing! Tackled every obstacle like a total BOSS! She and her team took wonderful care of me I highly recommend shopping at this location! I have never had a bad experience.
I have been dealing with Andrew for a few years now. Since I have been introduced to this location by Andrew, they have gone above and beyond. I am actually writing this review on my new Chromebook purchased at the Alliston location. Simply amazing and honest service. I shop here and here only. Cheers to Andrew and the rest of the staff!
Bad experience. Too bad there is one young lady there who is the rudest person to deal with. When you are making a large purchase or any purchase at all you should feel like a valued customer not an inconvenience. Too bad because the other staff there are usually friendly and helpful. Lost my business
