This Sport Chek has always gave me great service and today was no different. I was helped by Beth who really new what I needed for my two grandchildren. The bike helmets fit perfect and Beth even made sure my bike was well repaired before I left the store. I also noticed when a lady asked to use washroom, Beth made sure that the lady was looked after, in a time of need. I liked being sure by people who care about there costumers, and I was today. Nice store, the first time I've been in there to wander around. I was looking for fabric masks, which I found. But there are a lot of great casual clothing brands in there. Will be back.
This store location has very poor customer service. When shopping in the store and needing to use washrooms I was denied due to COVID. Eric's attitude as a young person should be checked as you don't argue with customers. Stating \why I would we want you to use our washrooms.\ Well Eric, why do you want me to purchase items at your store? Being argued with by Eric, Tyler and 2 ladies on duty is not proper customer service. Washrooms should be open and available to customers and cleaned. Not one staff cleaned anything while I was in the store and all talked at the cash about my disappointment with the staff attitude. Eric should learn some proper customer service and people skills if he intends to make it in this world. Tyler needs to be a more accountable manager to his staff when they all decided to argue. Looking forward to making my return as I don't want your garbage anymore.
