Not impressed. My scheduled appointment was overlooked so I had to re-attend later on in the day with my son who is only 2. Both our haircuts cost 78?!?!? Plus tip it was over 100... Definitely wasn't a premium haircut for the premium price I ended up paying... No hot towel, no hot shave on neck and not even a hair wash. Figured they would have discounted my haircut given the appointment error on their part and the inconvenience this caused. The staff were friendly, just need to pay closer attention to customer satisfaction and tweak their pricing.

I got a short beard shaped into a goatee. I asked to clean up stubble on my head. Keep in mind I’m bald. Originally tried to charge me 94. Ended up being around 60 after showing my astonishment. No hot shave. No hot towel. Why the premium price?
Terrible ! I went in for a hair cut and shave. I thought it was going to be great and I had found a new place in town to get my haircut. Didn't mind paying extra if the service was good. But to my dismay the service was terrible. I was not shown my hair or shave after it was done and was not asked if I wanted any gel or anything. It was like my time was up so I had to get out. I got back to my truck and looked in the mirror - only half my face was shaved. I had to go home and finish the job... Never going back !!!
This is an incredible place to get your hair done. Brenton and Jacob definitely know what they're doing (they're the two that I've gotten cut with. I'm sure the others who are there are comparable). I never hesitate to recommend this place when asked about male grooming and styling
