Recently, my father’s hearing aids were destroyed by a mischievous, family pet. I contacted Allard Audiology (Scarborough) with the hope that someone there would see Dad as he can’t hear anything without his hearing aids. The very kind receptionist agreed to fit Dad in despite the challenge of reduced Pandemic hours. This was our first visit to Allard Audiology and we were relieved to find ample free parking directly in front of the building. We were promptly introduced to Dr. Dany Pineault. Dr. Pineault spent considerable time assessing my father’s hearing loss and explaining his needs. I was very impressed that Dr. Pineault patiently and respectively addressed my elderly father. He made certain that Dad completely understood his findings and recommendations for new hearing aids. Within a few weeks, we returned to Allard Audiology to pick up the new hearing aids. Once again the doctor spent the time to make certain that the hearing aids fit precisely and explained proper care. My father and our entire family are thrilled with his greatly improved hearing. We no longer have to frequently repeat words nor shout to help Dad to hear. We all agree that Dad is hearing better than he has in years! I would highly recommend the services provided at Allard Audiology and Dr. Danny Pineault. Thanks so much!

After a number of years having been fitted with an incorrect hearing device, I finally was fortunate to be recommended to Mr. Brad Allard from Allard Audiology. Brad is a consummate professional but also very kind and patient and a good listener. After hearing tests and assessments he quickly determined my problem and soon I was fitted with a proper set of hearing devices. I have been very satisfied with these fittings. Brad got me into \high tech\ with these latest hearing aids and was very patient in explaining how they work. At 81, high tech with blue tooth capability, cell phone connectivity and T-Coils (for theater) with a remote control panel has brought a new learning curve for me. Brad and his excellent staff have been there for all my questions. Yes, it is new technology but that is progress anywhere. I have now mastered this new technology about 95% and I would say that has been godsend for me. Laurels to you Brad and your staff. The office and clinic are conveniently located in Scarborough with lots of parking available. I truly and highly recommend Allard Audio Services to anyone who needs a hearing assessment. Brad Allard is as good an audiologist as anyone downtown. And you want a professional audiologist not a \hearing specialist\ at one of those chains. Brad stuck with me through a number of revisions to make sure I was hearing optimally and was comfortable. This is my second set of hearing aids but my first time with Brad. I can easily recommend him. Easy to get an appointment. Nice location with free parking here is Scarbrough.
I seldom review anything,but... The compassion, education, and understanding I’ve received from Brad, Zara , and Sarah has been outstanding. The office is both efficient and professional which makes for an exceptionally comforting environment for their patients. I feel blessed to have have the good fortune to have met Brad.
