A huge shout out to Adnan from All Sports and Wellness. Thank you for helping me get back to a normal life. I had been suffering from severe back pain for the past 10 years of my life. I had been to several doctors, had several x-ray and MRI scans, taken 100's of pills and undergone multiple treatments. Nothing worked and no one was able to diagnose what the issue was as everything looked clean. I had given up and had accepted that this pain is going to be a part of the rest of my life. Then came along Adnan. He had been referred to us by a friend and was highly recommended. After the first couple of appointments, Adnan was very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out the issue and start treatment. A deep tissue which was injured due to decades of bad posture. Below were the effects I was able to recognize within 24 hours of the first massage - 1) Improved breathing 2) Improved posture 3) Better quality of sleep 4) Significantly lower pain levels. My condition keeps improving after every massage and I feel the pain has gone down by atleast 70% within 3 appointments. I am looking forward to leading a normal life without pain again.
