Over the course of years, I had the chance to interact with various representatives in different agencies. Yet, Christine C., by far, has been the best.

I have never felt more belittled than by the person who was “helping” me understand my options. What I was asking for was not available to me, which I completely understand is not up to the broker, but in asking for what I could to to achieve as close to my needs as possible, I was spoken down to, he repeatedly interrupted me with a raised voice and then another broker jump in to second these ridiculous behaviours. I left in shocked silence.
