Unimpressed. The sales agent didn't know the stock, went to the computer to look up product information then when two other clients walked in he jumped at them and disregarded us. He spent ten minutes glad handing them and ignored the fact that he hadn't finished with us. I'm happier to go elsewhere.

We just had our stairs (treads only) re-carpeted by Alexanian Carpet & Flooring this past December 2020. Our stairs have three pie shaped treads and I was worried that the narrow corners would be an issue when installing the new carpet. Well, I was just blown away when I came home after the install and saw what an amazing job Alexanian did on the stairs, especially those narrow corners. They are absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Alexanian. We purchased our carpet from the Merivale Rd location and we dealt with Will. Will was just awesome to deal with. Not only did he help us pick out the appropriate carpet for our needs, but he also helped us pick the right colour to go with our existing flooring. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alexanian Carpet again for our next flooring needs and we'll definitely be asking Will for his assistance!
Make sure to visit Adel @ Alexanian on Merivale Ave. Adel has been with Alexanian for 15 years and it's evident that not only does he know all there is to know about window coverings, but it's obvious as well that he cares about his customers. Adel, immediately listened, analysed and recommended the best solution for me and my wife, and the consultation process was pleasant, stress free and exciting. When it finally came time for our installation, the installer that was contracted, was one of the nicest and most professional individuals I have met (shout to William, the shutter install technician!) and we couldn't be more pleased with the way everything turned out. Also, the 25 year warranty offered with our brand of shutters was a welcome surprise as well. Head on down to the Alexanian and ask for \Adel\ - he'll set you up, with the window coverings of your dreams.
