Hey there, i'm writing this review to thank Joe for helping us find the Agra carpet for our home, we purchases 3 sizes of the same rug and they are honestly VERY beautiful! Thanks a lot for your help in choosing the best rug for our home.

Very happy customer. From (1) my first contact with Hank, who greeted me at the Eglinton location and came out to my home within an hour of my visit to bring samples and take measurements, to (2) Lenny at the Dufferin location who arranged for the actual carpet installers to come out to my home on the date that I chose, to (3) the actual carpet installers, Ehmad and Hassan, I could not have asked for better service. Everyone was very patient with me, realizing that I was extremely nervous about the huge job that was involved in removing my very old carpet and replacing it with the carpet that Hank had helped me to choose. I must say that it was a real pleasure watching Ehmad and Hassan install my new carpet. They worked with precision and care. There is no doubt that they are true professionals at this. If I had to do this again, I would ask for Ehmad and Hassan. Thank you Hank, Lenny, Ehmad and Hassan for the excellent service earlier this year.

We had wood floors and window shutters installed this week, in our condo. We love them! We feel like we live in a new place. Every person we dealt with in this entire process was professional, friendly, knowledgable and truly cared about making sure things were done right. Thank you to Hank for helping us pick the wood for the floors and for placing the order for the floors and windows. Thank you to the installation teams who installed our floors and windows. They are perfect! Re pricing - we compared with other places and Alexanian was the same or cheaper with better quality and could install sooner. We're glad we decided to go with them!
