Amazing service. Was able to order carpet for our basement, just wanted a basic carpet to put on the cement floor, Arsim the sales rep was very helpful and provided a great price. We were able to pick up the new carpet the same day!

We are thrilled with the new Pergo luxury vinyl for the basement which is a great match with the Alexanian hardwood in the rest of our home. The new carpet on the stairs is also beautiful and both were installed perfectly. Val was such a great resource and advisor. He ensured the process was a pleasure from start to finish. Our experience with Alexanian represents the absolute best customer service I've ever had. Val Alkhani went above and beyond in his dedication, time, and work for us. When we bought several rugs to ship to our new home in Newfoundland prior to the pandemic, Val said that if they didn't fit when we arrived to let him know. 10 months later when we arrived in Newfoundland and one of the rugs didn't fit, he remembered us when we called and arranged to have the old rug picked up and a new one shipped out free of charge. Due to the pandemic and cross-country shipping, this was no easy feat, but Val kept us apprised of the situation regularly and made it happen in record time. Thank you so much, Val and Alexanian for such a wonderful experience...and our new beautiful rugs!

The carpet fitter (Zafer) did a fantastic job. Went beyond all expections . It was a pleasure to do business with my salesman Ebo. He efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He came out that day. Measured the rooms and gave me a great price. It was all done very quickly. The installer Mustafa who is Ebo brother was all the same excellent person like Ebo. They were neat clean respectful of my home and made sure I was happy.
