Do yourself a huge favour and take your business elsewhere. After selling me a trailer that had issues, despite them telling me \we don't sell anything that isn't in proper working condition\, Bob (salesman) and Gord (owner/manager) ignored my emails and calls. When I finally got in touch with Gord (I had to go to their location twice in person), he said he would be willing to work with me to rectify the situation. But that never happened. Beware of their claims that trailers have been properly inspected. Whoever/whichever company they use does not perform proper and thorough inspections. Due to the extensive issues and lack of support from Sunrise trailers, I took the trailer to my trusted mechanic. Very quickly, the mechanic pointed out numerous issues that should have been noted at an inspection. There are many reputable, honest companies in the lower mainland, but this is not one of them.

We recently purchased a trailer from Sunrise Trailers in Aldergrove. Normally we would not deal with this company as reviews online are not very positive and found them not overly friendly on the phone in previous years. We stopped there one day to look at trailers and met Jessica and the owner. Shortly thereafter, we dealt directly with Jessica and ended up ordering a trailer through her. Jessica was such a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us throughout the delivering process as our trailer was coming from back east. Jessica’s professionalism and positive outlook was so refreshing to see, especially during this tough pandemic time. Thank you Jessica! Sunrise Trailers Aldergrove is lucky to have you! It was terrible. The gentleman that was trying to help me he was rude. But there was this thing that got me really frustrated. He photo copied my credit card and when I asked him about it he said if u don’t like it then leave. However when I came to return the trailer I saw the owner and when I asked him he simply replied we don’t want your business It’s illegal for a business to keep records of his clients credit card information with out consent. This place is shady just like the owner and his excuses

Well did a deal with Bob (good guy).. But Gord made the deal go bad lets just say Gord needs to learn the difference between quote and budget .. So i went across the line and got my new sundowner trailer a better one and saved money even after taxs and costs to go bring it back..
