Knowledgeable staff. Medium prices for phone repairs. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to a supplier issue that kept pushing the repair time on my phone. If you live in Aldergrove, support local. These guys are an alright choice.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But i need to share my very poor experience. Saturday I took for phone in and dropped it off for 5 hours for a BACK SCREEN GLASS REPLACEMENT. Ended up getting a call saying they couldn't do it that day, which i understand things get busy. So he told me to come back the next day at 11 to drop it off.. I go back, and nobody is there.. I wait around until 1130 nobody shows up.. 130 i decide to call back and he says \okay come now\. so i do, and drop it off again, for 4 hours. i go back when he calls to say its ready. I have never seen something so poorly done. HE LITERALLY GLUED A PIECE OVER TOP OF MY BROKEN GLASS... he wanted 90 for this.. and it took him 4 hours.... it made my phone extra thick.. it hung over the sides.. and it wouldn't fit in my phone case. wasn't impressed. i then took it elsewhere that same night, had the right job done in 2 hours, and it now looks perfect!

Poor service.. and I won't be going back.. after waiting over 10 days for parts ....they appearenlty fixed my phone...but when I get it back... Functions and my volume button no longer work.. aswell as the screen is so sensitive while on call it opens call settings and changes to airplane mode and all kinds of other things while phone is on your ear during a phone call.... Yesterday after having this phone repaired 2 weeks ago. (Soon as I got the phone back it went into a otter box) while in my cup holder of my vehicle...screen went black and then lines all over it... So I took it back and got very poor service... Saying my case is to tight on the phone and that's why my screen is black and not working.. Yes that's right a million dollar company is selling phone cases world wide and they are to tight and no good for the phone...and as for the other features and volume button...he had nothing to do with it.... Myself I will never return and will never recommend this place .. I'm a support local kind of person...but I will be taking my business elsewhere.. and I guess I waste 220 at this place and now have to go get it fixed properly else where ...
