At the beginning of this week, my parent's elevator broke down. They are in their 80's, wheelchair-bound and live in a large two-story home. This was a crisis. Since the elevator is almost as old as the house, parts were non-existent! After an initial scramble calling all over Hamilton, Alcor Elevator repair decided to have the motor rebuilt. They had the machine shop work on it overnight, and we were up and running within a few days. Thank you, Alcor Elevator!
