I have recently purchased a property built by Albion. Zamal and Rashed were really on top of things before the closing date and ensured that most of the major points raised by a detailed inspection were addressed. Even since closing, they have remained responsive so far and have been working with me to ensure that any pre-existing items, or even newly discovered items that only became apparent after moving in, are fully addressed. Albion is clearly aiming to build high quality homes and to ensure that new homeowners are well taken care of. So far, I give them my strongest recommendation. I will be writing an update on my experience with Albion 6 and 12 months from closing.
