I have a hard time making decisions but she truly made it easy, providing thorough information, education, and choices that were exactly what I was looking for. Vanessa is INCREDIBLY genuine and I felt like she really cared about making sure I chose a ring I loved. I found my dream ring I'm obsessed with and I would never shop anywhere else! The quality is incomparable.

The level of service and knowledge displayed at Alberta Diamond Exchange (and Robyn in particular) is second to none. We brought my wife's engagement/wedding band in for an upgrade and couldn't be happier with the custom work they did with it. Robyn paid close attention to our wishlist, and once we were ready to proceed, she made sure to keep us in the loop in regards to where they were at every step of the way in the process. Not to mention that they actually came in under the quote for the same work when we approached one of the mall retailers with the same request. We highly recommend anyone looking to get custom work done to visit Robyn.

She was very patient with us as I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and ended up going with something completely different. She spent enough time with us to learn what my style and wants were and helped my husband find the perfect ring. She also helped us design a custom wedding band that I love! I worked with Robyn B. @ ADX to have my wife's engagement ring and wedding band custom made and I cannot be more pleased with our experience and the end result. Robyn was very tentative to our requests and flexible for our changes and always worked within our budget. She provided a wide array of examples/ options so that we understood what was available and the differences in prices. She was very easy to work with, and everyone at at the shop seems very pleasant. We did not feel pressure to move forward, and had a much more positive experience than some other places we had visited. The end result of the engagement and wedding band is exactly what we were hoping for to say the least. Robyn helped us create something very unique and meaningful. The price they quoted me here was LESS THAN HALF of what their local competitor offered me. SHOP AROUND, people, don't let Alberta Diamond Exchange short you! I made almost TWO THOUSAND dollars more selling elsewhere.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from ADE with help from Robyn. I'll be honest, at first when I was trying to "figure it out" myself I was overwhelmed with information online, nervous about potentially choosing the wrong design, and intimidated by the whole process. But that all changed when I decided to get some local help and I met Robyn at ADE. I had such an amazing experience with her. She truly cares about her customers and wants to ensure that buying an engagement ring for the one you love isn't stressful. Robyn is informative, makes the process fun and exciting, and works very hard to find you the perfect ring!

I had such an amazing experience here with Robyn as my sales person! Customer Service: 5/5 Stars! From the initial private appointment I was taken away at how relaxed the environment was; there was no up-selling - it was more informative than anything! I think this store is a bit further out in the west side of the city; however it is worth the trip. After the initial appointment we were able to handle the remaining purchase selections over email or telephone. After the components were finalized, I was able to pay the invoice over their secure payment site. The cost I feel was competitive. For the customer service, experience and life time warranty / cleanings - this store is an awesome one stop shop for jewelry. Thank you Robyn!
