I had fraxel done twice on my cheek for a large deep age spot that had been there so long it was like a birthmark. The first time is faded to almost nonexistent, but resurfaced a bit over the next year. The second time it completely disappeared. I sunscreen religiously as instructed. It has been a year and still no sign of it. So happy! Staff and service were great!

My experience here was lovely, extremely friendly staff and the doctor was wonderful. He explained and answered all my questions during my consultation and once I came in for my treatment they took the proper procedures to ensure my comfort and safety. I truly felt welcomed and didn't feel like I was being robbed of my money, it was definitely worth it and I will be be coming back for future treatments. Thank you!

I came to Dr. Kamal for a thread lift and it was a horrible experience. First of all I was quoted on the phone each thread was 150 then when I got there he said it was 250 and it’s the Carona Virus price. If they are changing there prices they sound notify clients who where prebook before the pandemic that the price was raised. Dr Kamal has a less than warm bedside manner. He was very cold and non-communicative. He didn’t numb me enough so it was quite painful. A lot different from when I had previously got it done In Vancouver. When he was done he left and didn’t even come back to take a look and give me any post information. I will never return or refer the 4 other friends who wanted to get a thread lift. I hope the extra 400 I was charged is worth the 4 other clients he could have had.
