I had my casement windows install 8 years ago ... all of the windows have failed during the winter months with condensation and leaking. If I had known earlier I would not have had these windows installed.
Worst people and service ever. They did not fix my door and frame properly. Asked them to come back and fix it, never came back. I have been waiting for over 1 year for them to come and fix my door.
