I'd like to start by stating that Al-care DKI went above and beyond my expectations. I dealt with one of their representatives; Jeno was an absolute pleasure to work with. My parents house had a roof leak and water poured right into the living room. One phone call is all it took for Jeno and his team to show up and handle the problem immediately and professionally. During Covid especially, keeping in mind the safety of my parents as well as his team, they came into the house fully prepared and explained and walked me through the process. This has been one of the easiest and smoothest dealings with a company especially during Covid. I would highly recommend Al-Care DKI to all my friends and family. Thank you Jeno for being an incredible professional. I am thankful to Jeno for his empathy and quick turnaround time in solving this horrific problem we had to endure during a difficult time.
Al-care's service was incredible as we were out of our house for almost 6 months with a new born. We were updated constantly and Laura had our back at all times to ensure we could get back to a safe home. They did great work and helped us to get back into our home that was sparking clean and looked better then before the fire. Would recommend DKI to anyone in the future who suffers any damage.
