Can't say enough on how impressed we were with the sales team at Volvo Lakeridge. It made the whole car shopping experience much easier. We did try other dealership but between the vehicle and the Volvo experience, we decided that the XC60 was the vehicle for us. Thank you to Mike for doing a great job of answering all of our questions and Krystal for being on top of all the paperwork and making the experience painless. The vibe at Volvo is very easy, as opposed to a few of the other dealerships we visited. Thanks again.

The service department has awesome team Bruce really knows his stuff he is more knowledgeable about cars and has a really genuine passion for Volvo. Bruce is really good guy and has great customer service skills and is always willing to go out of his way to help his customers .I would recommend taking your Volvo there
Recently, I made my first ever purchase of a vehicle and decided upon a Volvo XC40 on account of the incredible list of standard features, particularly those that pertain to safety. I reside in the National Capital Region and travelled to Volvo Cars Lakeridge in Ajax to purchase a CPO vehicle; the car was impeccable in condition and specifications. I feel as though my business was treated as if it were just as valuable to the dealership, as the purchase of a vehicle fresh off the manufacturing line. While I do not have a previous experience with a dealership to draw upon for comparison, I can tell you my experience at Volvo Cars Lakeridge was memorable, having had Kaitlyn Killingsworth was my Sales Consultant. Kaitlyn was kind, attentive and professional answering all my questions. I am detailed-oriented by nature – so there were many of them and she took each in stride. Kaitlyn took the time to call me personally and go through the finer points of the details pertaining to any responses. Krystal Knight, as Business Manager, ran through all the options of the Volvo Increased Protection, etc.; informative and helpful, encouraging and insightful, but not pushy in any way. Both Kaitlyn and Krystal did an admirable job in their respective efforts and worked together to help troubleshoot and address any items that came about through purchase, delivery and beyond. At delivery, the car was provided to me perfectly detailed. Care and consideration was taken to prepare my summer wheel kit, each having been individually cleaned, bagged and loaded into the rear for transport. All in all, I hope every Volvo dealership takes care of their clientele in this way, and if not, there’s a great team in Ajax that would be happy to service my vehicle when I venture down the 401. Don’t hesitate to bring your business to Volvo Cars Lakeridge.
The team at Volvo Lakeridge (especially sales guy Brandon) met and exceeded my expectations in the purchase of my vehicle. Very professional, easy to work with, gorgeous facility, no surprises. Will absolutely recommend to others and hope to be back!
