If I could this branch 0 stars I would. Managers and staff are unknowledgeable and unwilling to help out clients. I came here twice first, to print off my RRSP tax papers because I never received them in the mail. This happned in the past before and they straight up tell you that they no longer provide that. Which is clear bull. I've managed to get them from other TD locations. If you don't know, don't tell your clients false information. Secondly, I wanted to transfer my mortgage payments to another bank but they said it is not done on their end, which I had been advised that they were the ones who had the power to transfer my funds, not the other way around. This branch needs better training and proper knowledge. Stop wasting people's valuable time. Very disappointed especially in an area like Ajax.

Not the best experience
This branch has horrible tellers! Usama Khalid in particular. He is so rude and obnoxious that it’s shocking that Td bank has stooped this low to hire such incompetent beings. He had so much attitude and such little knowledge about his job it was ridiculous! If Td wants to take their business seriously they have to start cleaning out the dirt in their own company.

Very limited expertise on their own business. My family visited twice, still have not successfully setup a business account. Their reps are very passive on assisting clients' inquiries.
