Trying to speak to someone about where my 'tried to deliver' parcel is. The web site says open, but, when I call the automated voice says the office is closed and ends the call. This is now two packages Pitney Bowes has lost. Amazon just may loose a customer over this. Bad bad bad customer service. BTW, my other items that came from other shippers - arrived, on time and in good condition. Only my packages Pitney Bowes has are 'lost in transit'

Update: well, like others they never delivered the package and Amazon had to reimburse me. The problem is that I need that item I ordered. :( I was supposed to receive my package on the 22 Dec (order passed on 29 November). I am still waiting and Amazon changed their estimate for arrival between 23 Dec to 12 January. The problem is that the package is in a city at 2 hours drive from my place so why no updates from 11 December which is when my package arrived in Canada?

Have been calling for the last few days regarding my order that was sent back to this location through amazon. Says on website you are open, but when I call an automated voice says you're closed. Unprofessional.
I have no idea how this company received 2 stars. Every time I called them, at the end of the customer rep asks if I will rate them 5 stars. I would, only they score in the negative...
