Have been coming here for years. Food is great. Service is so bad. They are very rude. Regradless of whom is at the cashier. Would recommend walk in with your eyes and ears closed. Order your food and leave.

My daughter has been to this place many times and raved about their food and pastries, I see why. I enjoyed one of my favorite delicacies. A Portuguese custard tart. The eclair I bought was probably the best one I have ever had. It look like everything is made on premises as they have a full bakery there. Keep up the great work.Service was good. I will be back. Located in the Somerset Plaza at Salem and Taunton.
Its our go to place for cakes. Their flavors are way too delicious. Highly recommended!!
I really love this place! It's a nice little coffee shop with really amazing Portuguese tarts (pastel de nata), baked goods (tiramisu, donuts, etc.), and breads. The latte is really great, and I prefer it over places like Starbucks; but careful - it's VERY hot!!! Give it a minute to cool down. They also don't have any non-dairy options (I hope they do add this sometime soon :). Despite this, I love this place and try to go as often as I can. For COVID precautions, they have a nice outdoor patio with a good amount of seating; they ask all guests wear masks when inside; staff wear masks; hand sanitizer is available at the entrance; and they also limit the number of patrons inside the store. I felt very safe!
Last week I found hair on my food, I sent an email to customer service and they could not even reply to apologize. I have been a regular client to this bakery, not anymore. Never again...
