I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this location. I leased out a vehicle in 2016 from an amazing sales rep (who no longer works there). I returned my lease vehicle last year and 8 months later I find out there are issues. I’ve been trying to get a hold of manager and they all conveniently seem busy when I call or not at their desk. I’ve left voicemails and still haven’t heard anything back, even though they say they’ll return my call within 24 hours. Its been 4 days now, Still waiting to hear back.
