I have always enjoyed shopping at Moores store and this location is no exception. You can get some real deals on men's clothing when they have their sales. I love their new idea of putting your favorite hockey team on the inside lining of your suit. Keep up the great work.

We went here to check out suits for a wedding. There were 7 of us, loud and obnoxious as you could imagine, and we were helped by Mike. Absolutely amazing service, this wasn't our first stop nor was it our last as we had quite a few places to check out, but what remained with us more than the quality of the suits was Mike's attitude. Extremely friendly, the first time we came in he stayed past closing to help us. He was genuinely friendly, he was looking to make sure that we got what we needed and the best of that. We came back and bought all our suits here because of how amazing Mike is. I would recommend coming here and speaking to Mike, you won't be disappointed.

Had a really poor experience picking up my suit. Mike was especially rude and was unhelpful. It was my third time visiting the store trying to pick up a suit bag for the full suit I purchased. However, Mike refused to provide me with a suit bag they had available, and instead insisted on a garbage bag. He claims the company is filing for bankruptcy and times are tough. Definitely will not be coming back, or recommending anyone to this shop !

I highly recommend sales consultant Nicholas Sam. He assisted us in buying suits and shoes. Great knowledge, very personable and helpful. Lots of great work appropriate jeans here. An excellent experience.

I don't even know where to begin with this review as the Moores Ajax location is absolutely brutal. We have used their suit rental service for our November wedding. Not only have most of their employees been absolutely incompetent at doing their jobs (i.e, sizing, taking measurements etc.), their customer service is atrocious. They have made several errors now on our suits, have lost items, failed to order the correct items or the items requested at all. It is a week out until my wedding and we are still dealing with their errors AFTER getting both store manager's involved. The store managers have also chosen to deflect most of our questions/concerns. The amount of times I've heard "I don't know" or "that wasn't me that did that" is astounding. DO NOT SHOP HERE. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. A person's wedding is already so stressful, this added stress is so unnecessary and with nothing being offered to the customer as compensation after making so many mistakes. Moores should know better being a so called "leading menswear retailer". I'm disgusted by this store.

First time getting fitted into a suit, and i couldn't have been more pleased. Andrew got me into the exact suit I imagined and i couldn't have looked better. I was a little worried i wasn't going to be able to get my suit tailored in time, considering it was a Thursday night and the wedding was on Saturday. Andrew made it his priority to make sure the suit got tailored and even HAND DELIVERED it to me at my house Friday night. I couldn't be happier with my experience and if you're looking to look your best don't go anywhere else!

I mistakenly placed a review for Moores in oshawa. This review was meant for the Moores in Ajax. I met a polite and helpful gentleman by the name of Andrew Walker who sold me 2 suits. He was very helpful and paid close attention to detail and found exactly what I was looking for. I have been to 4 locations and this location was by far the best. Thanks to him, I found my tux for my wedding reception. I've already recommended this location to my friends (in fact I revisited today with 2 of my friends). I highly recommend this location over others.
