We have used Mary Roy & Team for two purchases and one sale. What more can I say other than AMAZING POWERHOUSES OF REAL ESTATE! Ornella was our agent and not only was she knowledgeable on the timing to list but when are where to purchase to get everything on our 'Must Haves'. She went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared to list, sold our house fast for over asking AND got the house of our dreams below list. Mary, Ornella and the team made these large and normally stressful situations so easy especially at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 when we did the transactions. Mary Roy was recommended to me by extended family members. I have worked with her, and her team, over the past 2 months on the sale of my house which has now successfully closed. I considered several factors in choosing Mary, but the family recommendation was a strong influencer. I considered how easy it was to work with her (very), I considered her preparation strategy (which produced an excellent house for showings) and I considered her pricing and negotiation strategy (which resulted in a deal returning 104% of the listed price - which I concede is subject also to market conditions). Her fee was discounted a little but she certainly earned it and did what I consider the absolute best job possible for me. As time progressed I also worked closely with her support team.
