Delivery of my new I Pace was fantastic. Everything, except for delivery, was done electronically adhering to best Covid practices. Rob Woudwyk handled all my vehicle questions quickly and professionally (and I might add is quite a videographer!). Business issues were handled expertly by Shannon Groves. Upon arrival at the dealership, Julia Valledor was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided me with hands-on overview of all of the features of my new I Pace. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a Jag or Rover to reach out or visit Jaguar Land Rover Lakeridge for your next vehicle.
