I have been here with this team for almost 7 years and have never experienced a medical office like this. Very unorganized and unprofessional office staff. Unable to keep up with phone appointments when they have the nerve to threaten a fee if you miss one yourself. They constantly book your next appointment for 4/5 months but only prescribe 90 pills with 0 refills and leave you hanging. If you are referred here, I highly recommend you ask for another medical office.

The clinic has a very inefficient adminstrative team. For the past 6 days, the secretaries could not figure out which test the doctor had prescribed. They sent the wrong test requisition to the hospital as well as to me. The doctor did not mention anything about the requisition that the administrative team sent to the hospital or to me. The office Manager called to cover up for the medical secretary's mistake and offerred no apology and gave an irrelevant excuse. Why did the doctor not communicate this requisition to the patient and why did the secretary fail to consult with the doctor on what test was required? I wish I could give 0 stars.

Definitely will not recommend this Institute or Doctor Sivakumar. Over prescribed drugs to my dad, and didn't even bother to apologize. Had to call 911 to have the ambulance rush my dad to the Hospital. Very poor management of Diabetes for my parents... Didn't look at how to improve their quality of life, just kept prescribing higher doses continuously. Surprised how they're still practicing medicine here There are far better Doctors out there!

If you don't pick up the phone when they call you, you will NEVER talk to these people. Seems like calling them goes straight to the Void of Space instead of to their office phone or voicemail

My experience with this doctors office was very bad. The doctor was nice but it is very difficult to contact with her, they never answer the phone. You have to try multiple times to call and then leave a message. Reception staff is very rude. They give a lot of attitude when speaking. Also feel like appointments are a waste of time, doctor barely gives any relevant information about health. Appointment is probably around 5-10 minutes and it is stuff I already know about. I had a follow up on blood work and she never never called me. It's now two months later and I still haven't gotten a call from her to follow up with my results.
