I highly recommend the Harwood Foot Clinic to anyone who wants exceptional treatment and service. The office is pristine and bright. The staff are so upbeat and friendly. I have always had flat feet that caused me a lot of pain over the years. Sylvia is highly experienced and professional. She explained all my treatment options thoroughly and showed me so much support. I ended up getting orthotics and I've never been happier. It aided my discomfort and I wear them everyday. I don't think you can find better foot care services in Durham. Thanks Sylvia and staff.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Here is what I love about this place. 1. Exceptionally clean 2. Friendly, welcoming staff 3. Knowledgeable, courteous, and honest doctors 4.Always taken in to my appointment on time 5. Beautiful, spacious office I don't often leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Thank you Harwood Foot Clinic. I will be a loyal patient for years.
To start with, I have just one word for the people at this place. AMAZING. Sylvia Kovari treated my ingrown toenail issue on both of my feet. She treated me like her own son. I feel dizzy a bit when they numb your toe, but she made sure that I am comfortable. She jokes around, makes you feel you are home and then during my last treatment on July 24, 2020, she gave me Apple, cookies and water to help with the dizziness. I have never received such a marvellous service anywhere else. Everyone in the office who is helping out are amazing as well. They make sure you are comfortable and if doctor’s a bit busy, they let you know too. One time I had to change my appointment at the last minute and they really helped me out. Please go to this place if you are looking one in Ajax, I have tried other places too, but honestly this is the one! Thank you Sylvia and everyone. You guys are amazing. I am going to come for my flat feet issues as well. Thank you
