I have visited Durham Radiology twice in the past year. I had a great experience both times from start to finish. All technicians (Claudia, Mir and Shelley) were very thorough and treated me with great care. Sometimes these appointments can be stressful but I am very happy with the service and will definitely return should I require any additional appointments.

I visited this location for the second time within a month for an ultrasound and I found it to deliver excellent work. The receptionists were very friendly and spot on with information and directions. The technician who performed my ultrasound was clear and precise with her questions and information. I happened to call today to clarify something and they transferred me to Mehmet (the manager) who was very friendly and answered all of my questions after getting back to me. I also need to mention that all my ultrasound requests came with suitable appointment timeline. I live in Bowmanville and I could not book an appointment there, however this location accommodated my both requests without waiting period or being on waiting list. Thank you so much for an excellent service Ajax branch and please keep it up.

Had a screening mammogram here and was recalled within the hour for repeat images. All was well but being recalled is always a scary experience. Kudos to the staff who are all professional and provided prompt, effecient,and reassuring service.

Unfortunately the technician was not helpful, she even answered her phone twice while in the room with me. Got the feeling that she doesn’t care about patients.

What a non sense department we had appoint ment at 1 pm but due to unexceptional traffic and road lanes closure we reached at 1.08 pm i explained that I drive 80 km to reach here but they don't listened we have to go back . Sorry I could not give zero star to this location .the visit before this we we were in time an due had to wait for 18 mints here. I promised never to visit this location and there other branch any where in GTA
