Got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Klein on Monday. He and his staff were professional and helpful, explaining pre-surgery and recovery to me as well as providing handy recovery information sheets to take home. They took all precautions to aid against the spread of COVID and answered any questions I had. And do not worry about sedation: I am very anxious, so for me, it helped that they sedated me when I had no idea that it was occurring: in a snap the surgery was done! I have no memory of falling asleep, only waking up! If they did count down with me, I have no memory of that . Overall, a wonderful experience! Shout out to Nurse Patricia for being so helpful and patient, and for all the other nurses and assistants for assisting in surgery.

AMAZING SERVICE! Went there recently to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted (2 impacted). All areas were kept very clean and complied with all current COVID-19 safety standards. Everyone in the office was super friendly and chatted with me to make me feel at ease. I was given every single piece of information I could've asked for. Dr. Victoria Seto and everyone who assisted made me feel like a VIP lol!! The procedure went smoothly and thanks to the thorough explanations of post-op care, I was healed in no time! Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars!

I don't do well with oral surgery, Dr. Fenwick and his team were amazing. From reception, operation and aftercare they were kind, patent and caring. They spent extra time where they didn’t have to and went above and beyond for me at every turn. Can't recommend enough.

We had a horrible experience at this office. My daughter was scheduled for oral surgery. We checked in 15 minutes early and then waited two and a half hours before being taken into a room. We then waited another 15 minutes for the doctor to come in before we decided to leave. No one apologized for the delay until we said we were leaving. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes or so when going into a procedure and think it's outrageous that they would make a child wait that long. My daughter was relaxed when we arrived but as time went on she became more anxious waiting to have it done. My only regret is that we didn't leave sooner. I hope this isn't a normal day at that office but since no one apologized or talked about delay I'm thinking it's a regular thing. I don't recommend these doctors at all.
