Used this service for my wife on a YYZ airport run a few weeks ago. They were on time and punctual, however the driver was talking on his phone the entire drive and was very much distracted. There were a few times where he needed to slam on the brakes due to his distracted driving. If I want to kill my wife, I'll drive her myself!
