Was dealing with Sherry on a trip to Italy. Then she went on medical leave and I have been trying to get my Westjet credits so I can use them up. So far I keep calling them but have not received any call back. This is going on for 3 months now. Do not book a holiday with this company unless you want months of added stress and phone calls to them.

I am not happy with Airline ticket center. I was dealing with Sherry and I have a Westjet credit that I want to use up. I have emailed Sherry three times and she is away on medical leave. I have phoned numerous times and left numerous messages to get this resolved. I have waited on the phone numerous times, sometimes to be disconnected, and sometimes after hours and could not leave a message. I was last told to email my issue and it would be dealt with quicker. I find this hard to believe as Three times I was told I would get an email back and I have not received one. This issue has been going on since end of last September. She stated at the time that we would receive a Westjet credit for the unused flights that we could use up anytime. We want to use them up but are getting the run around from Airline Ticket Center. I have contacted Westjet and they have no information on credits for me. I want Airline Ticket Center to resolve this issue right away and refund my credit card.

Do not use this company as they do not return phone calls. When you have an issue it takes months to get things resolved.
