The front desk staff are horrible. They rush you through any phone call. Rude and pushy like youre an inconvenience to them.Their language skills make it hard to understand and friendly is not in their nature what so ever. I've never not hung up and been frustrated with them. They go so fast they mess up booking times. Tell me I'm wrong about an appointment but I have it in their writing on a card. If my doctor wasn't so amazing I'd never step foot in there again.

A 1 star review isn't even low enough. I called this morning for an appointment with the pediatrician for my 5 year old who seems to have a lingering sinus infection. Booked the appointment for 11am. Receptionist called back an hour later, telling me the doctor thinks it'll be \too much work\ to look at her and follow up. I'm not kidding. \Too. Much. Work.\ She is 5, with a sinus infection. Pathetic.
