Took my 5y to have his nails done, and he loved it! They were very nice, gentle and patient! He had so much fun feeling like a real grown up.

Booked appointment over the phone, and they were right on time. Was extremely clean (and they were keeping on top of their cleaning during my appointment) - so clean you could smell it, which was comforting. Toes look clean and fresh. Shaped it perfectly, and paid attention to detail. The 15 added foot/leg massage is well worth it! Overall excellent experience & pleased with the service on a Saturday afternoon! :)
Great service all around from MS Nails! They're quick, polite, and the quality of service is consistent every time. Walking in, you can tell they've put a lot of effort in keeping the stations clean, which is even more appreciated with COVID around. Some reviews criticize the use of the employees speaking their native tongue together, but if its for the sake of efficiency, I'd say there's nothing wrong with that. Why assume they're speaking ill of you? To those people I'd say to take a look of yourself and your prejudices before writing reviews. All in all, still a go to place for nails in Airdrie (:
My sister got her nails done and the staff was being super unprofessional and disrespectful from the beginning of arrival. First off, she booked an appointment and waited a whole HOUR until they actually took her in but prioritized a white lady and her daughter who i overheard just dropped in. all staff is super unprofessional and dont know what they are doing, people slack off and sit around and dont even have proper covid precautions there has to be a disease in there. nail techs take on designs and styles that they clearly aren’t experienced enough to do well. they also have such an attitude about what you are asking for, like people are paying you 100tips and you cant file the nail down a little more when you’re respectfully asked. also the way these people talk bad about others in their language thinking we cant understand is so disgusting and disrespectful, theres so many things wrong with this place and I am understanding of customer service and how difficult it can be but you need to be RESPECTFUL at the very least and do ur job without an attitude. dont waste ur time here u wont even get what you ask for
There is a bit of language barrier yet they can speak English and can give you what you want. The black are my nails with a thin layer of gel to strengthen . John took off previous job without damaging my own nail beds. Great job . All the way from Ontario. Thank you.

My friend and I went for a pedicure and we were both very impressed that they took their time and made our toes look extra pretty! The leg and foot massage are the bomb!
Always have a great experience at Ms Nails. Love the hot towel and foot rub with the pedicure. Very nice & friendly staff. Highly recommend.
