Today I took my pup in for a groom, his first time there! I won't be taking him anywhere else anymore! They did an amazing job! The lady that groomed him as well as the girl up front were so super kind. I just love the whole vibe of this place!!!

We brought our dog here for a half day of daycare after being recommended from a friend that used to bring his Shephard there very frequently. The only time I have ever seen her this tired out was when we spent 4 hours at an offleash park. Was a fantastic sight to see. They found that she had a behavior issue with her very high prey drive towards smaller dogs and suggested we go into the behavioral program. They were very informative and showed us multiple options which we could take to help her. We will definitely be bringing her back for the behavior training and will definitely be using this for future daycare sessions. With Covid restrictions you are not allowed inside, but just from what we could see, the front area looked very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend simply from going for our first visit.

My visit to this place was not inviting in the slightest. The lady working was very rude and unprofessional. Although the dog grooming was okay, I was thrown off by the customer service. Due to that I will be bringing my dog somewhere else as she deserves to be in a positive place, and as do i. Edit: Im not sure if this reply was to me. My dog was brought in through my girlfriend and she simply used my account to review the store. Your comment seems to be aimed at someone else other than me. Thank you,

A friend of mine referred me to this place and being the helicopter dog mom that I am - I was hesitant at first (and not for any particular reason). I've started bringing him here once a week just to get him out of the house and to socialize with other dogs. Everyone is friendly and the experience has been an all around positive one for myself and for my monster boy. I would highly recommend!

I am admittedly a very nervous dog owner when it comes to boarding/daycare for my pups. I have had not-so-great experiences in the past at other facilities with my two male Bernese Mountain Dogs (who have both passed away), and so when we got our new Berner puppy this August and wanted to find a local puppy daycare to help our little guy with socialization, I did my research and found Four on the Floor. When I reached out via email, Rhonda was very responsive and answered all my questions, and really put me at ease. We decided to try our puppy out with a 1/2 day daycare at Four on the Floor to see how he would do. When he went for his first session, I was really impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were, and how they treated my nervous little guy! When I went to pick him up after his first session, he was having so much fun playing with the others dogs that he could care less that I was there to pick him up! It was so comforting to see. We have continued to bring him in for daycare for the past few weeks, and he absolutely LOVES his daycare days there. It is so nice to be able to drop him off to play and get some exercise and NOT have to worry about him or feel anxious. This has really been the most important thing for me, feeling confident that my puppy is in great hands and is well taken care of and the gang at Four on the Floor really have stepped up, made my pup feel at home and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!!

Would highly recommend! After having a bad experience with another daycare in Airdrie, we tried Four on the Floor. As soon as we walked into Four on Four we could tell they cared! The staff are very friendly. It made the choice very simple to keep coming here. Also, our dogs always come home exhausted, which is hard to do with 2 high energy pups. Overall VERY happy !
