The staff here are amazing. A week ago, my husband and I came for a test ride on a motorcycle, which he had booked online. When we arrived, the test ride had slipped Josh's mind but he gathered the necessary info quickly and sent us on our ride. He made us feel very welcome, even giving suggestions on some good paths to take. When we arrived back, all the staff who passed us asked how the ride was. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. A week later we were back. Our financing came through faster than expected, and Josh was flexible in setting up a meeting time that suited us for pick-up. It was delayed by two days because there was a minor problem with the bike when the guys checked it in the shop, but he communicated clearly and immediately so we knew what was happening. The issue was fixed and we went in for pick-up. On that day, all the staff congratulated us on the purchase. Everything went smoothly, including the final run down on the bike. Josh went over it with my husband, making sure he understood all the ins and outs of this bike, as well as when to do the first maintenance checks. I was so pleased with the level of professionalism and passion that all the staff showed. Thank you for a great experience!
