Excellent place to order online. Ordered a laptop from them, and David Baumgarten helped me with all my questions as well he helped me setup payment and shipment of the laptop to Ontario. Their description of the laptop was 100% accurate. Very honest and reliable staff .They shipped the laptop the same day and provided me with a tracking number right away. The package arrived ahead of expected delivery date and was very well packaged with bubble wrap and invoice with warranty . Everything worked out of the box as stated. Overall I was very impressed.

Other then the fact I placed my order and got no response. I feel as a paying customer I have the right to voice my opinion about where I do business, and the fact that when I called your business you were very impersonal basically told me place my order online and pick up. I had other questions about your other products but I can clearly see it would've been a waste of my time. My reviews are based on my interaction with these business. Oh and just to be fair. I did try calling many times cause I wanted to purchase the Alienware gaming desktop. No one answered. So the next time someone calls your business line. It might be a good idea to maybe answer it, ya know covid and all.

Great prices and quick service. I ordered a few monitors and a docking station and picked them up 2 days later. David confirmed that I'd need an adaptor to connect the docking station to the monitors, and provided a quick link to add those to my purchase. Very pleased with the purchasing process.

Tried 5 other big box name stores and all could have what I needed ordered online. Someone suggested Dbcs and I found a refurbished product at 1/3 the price and was able to pick it up within the hour even through enchanted covid protocols. Very well set up site to browse products, extremely quick response times with clear instructions, pickup was smooth with product packaged professionally to protect it. Overall I'm very impressed and glad to know where to look in the future.
