We bought ticket from this agency for my parents for Pakistan. Due to COVID 19 the airline stop flights. We brought them back via another airline. Now we want out refund. As you can see , I have attached of their bookings. They are saying . We don't have record of your booking. we have to contact airline. Please be advise and saty away from this scamer.

Worst experience of my life. Extremely rude staff who over charge you. They charge fees that the airline does not charge and blame it on the airline. They do not help their customers and say \It is your problem\. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
