Justin and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and helpful. They tested our home for asbestosis and later came back to do an air quality test. Justin was accommodating and always took the time to answer our questions and help us understand the process. I would highly recommend using Air Quality Canada !!!

We've hires Air Quality Canada twice now to inspect mold in rental units. it was well worth the cost as they found things another inspector had missed. Justin was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and walked us through the detail report they provide to help us understand everything. the reports also include a clear list of steps to take to resolve any issues they flag. They were fast, thorough, and easy to schedule, highly recommend.

Dealing with Air Quality Canada is an 11/10 experience. The professionalism is exceptional, the people are deeply knowledgeable, respectful and were able to answer each and every one of my questions. The fellows that attended my home were thorough and clean (took off their shoes and only put them back on for the basement concrete floors and only at my request). Prior to this I had interviewed several companies that purported to tell me the truth about whether or not I had a mold problem but I quickly lost confidence in them. For instance, one fellow came over and put a meter on my floor and several other surfaces and told me the meter was a mold meter. Apparently, there is no such thing as a mold meter; it was a moisture meter. When I asked him about cross-contamination he acted like he had never even heard of these words. I was not willing to pay out money and end up still wondering whether or not there was a mold issue. In sharp contrast, the people from Air Quality Canada exude competence. Even though my insurance company would not pay for the test, saying my policy does not cover mold, I am incredibly happy that I made this small investment for my peace of mind.

Was concerned about the air quality of my home as my husband has chronic lung issues. Spoke with Justin and he was extremely accommodating; knowledgeable, and helpful in speeding up the testing and processing the results. Thankfully, the results were all good. The fact that Justin also includes a mini video to explain the report was amazing and broke down all the valuable information to layman terms. Well use of money and this is a real review - not fake news.
