We have dealt with a number of GTA welding stores and its customer service reps. We rate both Nick and Dan VERY highly for their knowledge, experience, and professionalism. On a number of occasions, we have benefited from their efforts toward solutions for our needs both simple and complex. Time and time again they have come through on service and supply promises made and provided us with timely alerts over any unexpected deviations. I would like to add that there was an occasion where Dan helped us beyond his call of duty. One Friday we could not make it to the store in time to pick up a critical plasma part that was urgently needed the next day. Dan arranged to meet us at a mall with the part in his personal time that Saturday. This was INCREDIBLE! Nicks procedure and product knowledge is unmatched by any other order desk sales person in the industry, his ability to translate terminology or lack of terminology into product numbers is uncanny. A competitor gave me Nicks names years ago and since then I have used Nick (Air Liquide) as my “go to” welding supply company for hard goods and gases. Nick has made my purchasing job much easier! Air Liquide is a class act. This location has served me for the past twenty plus years. I have been dealing with Nick since he was in Woodbridge... he has saved me time and money., Nick has always had the right advice for me when i need it. He has a great understanding of the materials and processes involved in the welding industry and his knowledge is unbelievable. The store is well stocked and always tidy. I would strongly recommend Air Liquide and the Brampton location.
Nick and Dan are extremely knowlegable and helpful. You couldn't find a better gas and welding distributor out there. Whether you need a part, a piece of equipment, some consumables, gas, or safety gear, they have it all. There's no better asset to my business than finding friendly knowledgeable staff, high quality merchandise, and good prices. Air Liquide has that and more.
