Our company has been dealing with Air Liquide for about a year now, and their service has never been anything short of exemplary! Between Ron, our sales rep, Arty, Frank, and Nick from the Concord Location, and Billy and Nick further west, they have exceeded the bar time and time again, helping us out of major crises. They've consistently gone that extra mile to make sure we've got all the support we need to run as smoothly as possible. Definitely one of my favourite vendors to do business with!
I have been using the Concord branch now for 9 years and the Service Level I have gotten over the last 2 years has risen way above all expectations all the way down from Jenny, Ron Frank and the wonderful Simmy they always find what we need and make things happen. Most times I have very short time lines but they are able to meet them. On my deliveries Pat always comes through and gets the bulk gases delivered to our sites.
